John realised that saying F**K It was as good as all the eastern spiritual practices he’d been studying for 20 years.  Having said F**K It to a top job in London, he escaped to Italy to write his first book . F**K It – the Ultimate Spiritual Way has been an international bestseller translated into twenty one languages.  This was followed by The Way of F**K It – Small Book, Big Wisdom which packs a similar punch in style and wisdom but with fewer words and more illustrations.

2012 saw the publication of  F*** It Therapy and in spring 2014 a new edition of the original bestselling title was released.  F**K It is the Answer, a fun interactive book which takes the liberating F**K It philosophy into a magic 8 ball format that will answer any question you ask was published in 2014.

F*** It Do What you Love was published in January 2016 and is currently being translated into multiple languages.
